Report A Concern

Report non-emergency issues to the City of Westfield from your smartphone, tablet, or web browser using Commonwealth Connect, a Massachusetts wide project in partnership with SeeClickFix. Citizens can use this system to report and track non-emergency issues as individuals or collectively and help improve the City.

For life and death emergency matters requiring immediate attention call 9-1-1.

For urgent matters requiring city staff attention (but not life threatening) please call 413-562-5411 option #4, a police or dispatch staff SeeClickFix Mobile Appmember will take your report and direct an appropriate response.


Using Commonwealth Connect:



3. Optionally, provide a photo or video showing the issue.
4. Receive emails with updates on your report.
5. Use the web page or app to track activity within the City.
6. Report without the creation of a user account on the web page (use the guest option).

City of Westfield staff respond to Commonwealth Connect requests during regular business hours. Actions and repairs in relation to requests are handled as resources and conditions permit. Commonwealth Connect (SeeClickFix) is not to be used for emergencies.
