    Landlords and property managers don’t miss the free monthly meeting of the Westfield Crime Free Multi Housing Group Thursday, April 20, 2017, 6:00 pm, at Shaker Farms Country Club, 866 Shaker Road, Westfield. In addition to regular speakers Attorney Stanley Komack, and members of the Westfield Police Department, our special guest speaker this month is David Burgess. Mr. Burgess has been a Massachusetts licensed lead inspector and risk assessor since 1990. He will be giving a presentation and answering questions about lead in rental properties. From 6:00 to 6:30pm is a social half hour, from 6:30 to 7:00 pm is an optional, RSVP buffet dinner at a cost of $19.00 per person, and at 7:00 pm, the informational portion of the program will begin.
