Federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA)

Under the Federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) the City of Westfield is slated to receive $17 million dollars. On Thursday September 2, 2021, the City of Westfield City Council voted to accept the ARPA monies from the Federal Treasury. 

To align with the intended use of the monies and to guide the investment of these funds,  Mayor Humason, is seeking input from the community on the potential ARPA projects or programs.  Westfield citizens and businesses are encouraged to express their views on the funding using the online form below.
