Stanley Park 3.0 Mile Cross-Country Race

This weekly 3-mile cross-country race is brought to you by the Empire One Running Club.
The racecourse consists of field running, trails, and approx. 10 percent paved road. The race is located entirely within Stanley Park.
The race is open to the public and attracts runners of all abilities. Age records are kept, and prizes are awarded weekly to winners in selected male and female categories. The remaining prizes are distributed in a lottery drawing.
