The Business License Department is a division of the City Clerk's Office. The mission of the department is to guide new and existing businesses through the application, renewal and licensing procedures. The department processes all business licenses governed by the Mayor, City Council, City Clerk and License Commission. The following is a list of licenses processed through each department. *Please note that all food licenses should go through the Health Department.
