Landlords and property managers don’t miss the free monthly meeting of the Westfield Crime Free Multi Housing Group on Tuesday, November 28, 2017, 6:00 pm, at Shaker Farms Country Club, 866 Shaker Road, Westfield.   Although these meetings have been changed to the fourth Thursday of the month, due to Thanksgiving we will meet in November on Tuesday the 28th.

November's meeting will showcase regular monthly speakers Attorney Stanley Komack, whose practice concentrates in Real Estate and Landlord/Tenant matters, representatives from Ormsby Insurance Agency, Inc., and members of the Westfield Police Department.  This month's guest speaker will be Cory Liptak, President of Liptak Emergency Water Removal.  Liptak Emergency Water Removal offers a variety of services including: Water Damage emergency mitigation, Fire Damage Restoration (water extraction, soot/smoke and odor removal, etc.), Mold Removal and Remediation, Hardwood—Cabinet Drying; Reconstruction, Carpet Cleaning, Sewage Cleanup, Upholstery Cleaning, and Area Rug Cleaning.  Even seemingly minor water spills can lead to major issues if not cared for properly.  Mr. Liptak will review responsibilities and mitigation procedures should you experience one of these accidents. 

From 6:00 to 6:30pm, is a social half hour, from 6:30 to 7:00 pm is an optional RSVP buffet dinner for a fee of $19.00 per person, and at 7:00 pm, the informational portion of the program will begin.
