We are continuing the success of our past few, heavily attended meetings for May!  Landlords and property managers don’t miss the free May meeting of the Westfield Crime Free Multi Housing Group, Thursday, May 24, 2018, 6:00 pm, at Shaker Farms Country Club, 866 Shaker Road, Westfield. This is a free meeting for anyone who owns or manages residential rental property.

May’s meeting will showcase regular speakers Attorney Stanley Komack, whose practice concentrates in Real Estate and Landlord/Tenant matters, representatives from Ormsby Insurance Agency, Inc., and members of the Westfield Police Department. This month we will have two guest speakers.  First, Gina Kelly is the Vice President and Manager of TD Bank in Agawam. She will be discussing their home lending products, more specifically, equity lines on your investment properties.  Second will be Mark Germain who will be reviewing the recent changes being implemented in the 2018 tax laws that affect your bottom line.   Both of these topics can have major effects on your property either in a positive way or negative.  Please join us and take advantage of this free education to help you get everything out of your properties that you can.  

From 6:00 to 6:30pm, is a social/networking half hour, from 6:30 to 7:00 pm is an optional RSVP buffet dinner for a fee of $19.00 per person, and at 7:00 pm, the informational portion of the program will begin.
