Elm Street will be closed between School Street and Franklin Street for preparation of the 2018 Westfield Food Fest.  The closure will begin at approximately 7am on Friday August 24th.  Elm Street will remain closed Friday evening and will re-open at the conclusion of the event late Saturday evening August 25th.  Detour signs will be in place along the route advising motorists of the detour.
